Online speech and development support for families in the USA
From Multan we coach Pakistani-American parents across the country in Urdu and English, bridging a nine-to-twelve-hour gap with your-evening, our-morning calls so busy families still get a familiar voice.
Our centre is in Multan, Pakistan — we don’t have a branch in United States. For families in United States we work entirely online, in English or Urdu, and we point you to your own country’s services too.
Pakistani-American families are spread across the whole country, from the New York and New Jersey metro area to Texas, California, Illinois, Virginia and beyond, and the American system they navigate is unlike anywhere else. Support for a child's development can come from three different directions at once — a state Early Intervention program, the local public school, and private therapy paid through insurance — and it is genuinely confusing even for parents who grew up here. Many families reach us wanting a calm, Urdu-speaking guide alongside all of that.
We are a single physical centre in Multan, led by speech and language therapist Mahnoor Baloch. We hold no US license and no US location; for American families we work only by video, coaching parents. What draws people is usually the pairing of two things: understanding the US pathways well enough to help you use them, and understanding the Pakistani home well enough to talk about your child in your own language.
The time difference is the biggest practical hurdle, and we are upfront about it. The US runs roughly nine to twelve hours behind Pakistan depending on your time zone, so we build sessions around that reality — often your early morning before work, or your evening after dinner, which lands at a workable hour on our side.
Working with families in United States
We start by listening to where you are in the American maze — whether your under-three has been referred to Early Intervention, whether the school district has evaluated your child, whether you are using insurance for private speech or ABA — and what worries you most. Then we agree a small home plan that supports those services rather than competing with them.
Between calls, you are the one doing the daily work and we coach you through it. We show you how to invite language during everyday American routines, how to hold steady and consistent boundaries, and how to build dressing, handwriting and self-care into small wins. Our free Grow tools give you Urdu and English activity sheets so the days between sessions stay purposeful.
Our team covers speech therapy, ABA and behavioural support, special education, child psychology, developmental assessments and motor, handwriting and sensory-regulation skills. We do not have a licensed occupational therapist, so we describe that strand honestly as practical motor and daily-living coaching rather than clinical OT.
Who we tend to help across the States
Many of our US families are Pakistani-American parents juggling more than one system: a toddler in Early Intervention while an older sibling has an IEP at a public elementary school, plus perhaps a private speech or ABA provider billed to insurance. Others are recent arrivals on work or student visas, still learning how the American pathways even fit together. In both cases an Urdu-speaking guide who can join the dots is a relief.
We also work with families who travel to Pakistan for extended summers, or who are weighing an eventual move, and want their child's progress to hold across the distance. Sitting in Multan, we can keep coaching right through those trips, which no US-based provider can easily match.
Making the time difference workable
We plan around the clock rather than pretending it does not matter. With the US roughly nine to twelve hours behind Pakistan, the sweet spots are usually a parent's early morning, before the school run and the commute, or the late evening once children are down — both of which map to a sensible working hour for us in Multan.
Sessions are a plain video call on a phone or laptop, in Urdu, English or a mix. We like to watch your child at play through the camera so we can coach on real behaviour in the moment, then pause and talk it through, rather than working only from a described version of events.
Fitting alongside IEPs and insurance therapy
We are clear that we are not a substitute for your child's IEP team or a licensed SLP or BCBA billed through insurance. What we can do is help you prepare for IEP meetings and evaluations, understand what is being proposed, and keep useful language and behaviour work going at home so the professional services land on more solid ground.
Because coverage and eligibility rules differ so much from state to state and plan to plan, we never make promises about what your program or insurer will fund. We help you ask the right questions of the right people and then support the plan you actually end up with.
Getting help where you are, too
Alongside working with us online, here’s how families in United States can reach support in their own area. Processes change, so always double-check locally.
Early Intervention under IDEA (birth to three)
For children from birth to age three, each state runs an Early Intervention program under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). You can usually contact your state's program directly for a free evaluation, and services are often provided at little or no cost to the family. Program names, eligibility and what is offered vary by state, so look up your own state's Early Intervention contact and confirm the current details.
School district evaluations and the IEP (age three and up)
From age three, the route runs through your local public school district, which can evaluate your child and, if they qualify, develop an Individualized Education Program (IEP) with services like speech therapy. You can request an evaluation in writing even before kindergarten. Timelines and specifics differ by district and state, so ask your district's special education office about the current process.
Private therapy through insurance
Many families also use private speech-language pathologists (SLPs) or ABA providers, usually paid through health insurance. What is covered — and any authorization requirements — depends heavily on your plan and state, so check your specific benefits before assuming a service is included; this changes from plan to plan and year to year.

Questions from families in United States
Are you a licensed clinician in the US?
No. We hold no US license and have no US location. We work with American families online only, as Urdu and English parent coaching and support. For a formal diagnosis or funded therapy you should use Early Intervention, your school district and licensed private providers, which we can help you understand.
Can you replace our child's IEP services or private SLP?
No. We are the between-sessions coach who helps you carry a plan into daily life at home. Evaluation and hands-on therapy belong with your school district, Early Intervention program or a licensed SLP or BCBA.
How do you handle the big time difference?
The US runs roughly nine to twelve hours behind Pakistan depending on your zone. We usually meet at your early morning or your evening, both of which fall at a workable hour for us in Multan. We plan around the clock rather than ignoring it.
Which language do sessions run in?
Urdu, English or a blend. Many Pakistani-American parents are perfectly comfortable in English but still find it easier to talk about their child, and their own worries, at least partly in Urdu.
Can you tell me what my insurance or state program will cover?
No — coverage and eligibility differ too much between states and plans for us to promise anything. We help you ask the right questions of your program, district and insurer, and then support whatever plan you end up with.
We spend long summers in Pakistan. Do sessions stop?
No. Because we are based in Multan, we can keep coaching you straight through an extended trip to Pakistan, so your child's progress does not stall.
Do you provide occupational therapy?
No. We do not have a licensed occupational therapist. We coach practical motor, handwriting and daily-living skills, and for clinical OT you would go through your district, program or a licensed private OT in the US.
