Who owns Inclusive, and what are their qualifications?
Inclusive Developmental and Therapy Center is owned by Muhammad Salman Afzal, director and clinical and child psychologist — BS Applied Psychology and an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Psychology (ADCP), both BZU, confirmable with BZU. Contact him first for any consultation. Faculty includes Mahnoor Baloch, speech and language therapist, behaviour therapist and special educator — M.Phil in Special Education (Institute of Southern Punjab, Multan), a Postgraduate Diploma in Speech and Language Therapy (University of Education, Lahore / Nobles College of Education, Multan) and a BS in Special Education — Hearing Impairment (Bahauddin Zakariya University). School-readiness psychologist Akasha Tariq holds an M.Phil in Applied Psychology (The Women University, Multan) and a BS in Applied Psychology (University of Wah, Wah Cantt). ABA therapist Noor Fatima holds a BS in Applied Psychology from BZU. Atika Zainab is named on the faculty as an ABA therapist; we have not listed a degree for her, and we will not invent one.
Is Inclusive a therapy centre or a special school?
We are a therapy centre, not a school. Your child comes to us for one-to-one sessions — speech and language therapy, ABA and behaviour support, child psychology, special education and motor and sensory skills work — and carries on at their own school or nursery. We explain your child’s plan in plain language so you can share it with their teachers.
Do I need a diagnosis or a doctor’s referral before I contact you?
No. You can come straight to us, and most families do — with nothing more than a worry and a few examples of what they’re noticing. If your child already has a diagnosis or sees a paediatrician, bring what you have and we’ll work alongside them. If a diagnosis is new and you’re not sure what happens next, start with our guide to what to do after a diagnosis.
Are there female therapists, and can sessions be in Urdu?
Yes to both. Faculty speech & language therapist Mahnoor Baloch, school-readiness psychologist Akasha Tariq, and ABA therapists Atika Zainab and Noor Fatima are women; the owner, director and clinical and child psychologist is Muhammad Salman Afzal. Contact him first; he will match a female therapist if that is what your family needs. Sessions and parent coaching run in English or Urdu, whichever is easier at home.
The centre is new — how experienced is the team?
Inclusive Developmental and Therapy Center opened in Multan in 2025, but the team did not start then. Between them our therapists bring 5+ years of hands-on work with children with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, developmental delay, dyslexia and speech and language difficulties. Contact owner Muhammad Salman Afzal first — he has a faculty team under him, so an experienced pair of eyes sees your child from that first conversation.
Who will my child actually see?
Contact owner Muhammad Salman Afzal first. He matches your child with the faculty member whose area fits their goals — Mahnoor Baloch for speech and language, behaviour and special education, Noor Fatima and Atika Zainab for ABA hours, Salman himself for child psychology, and Akasha Tariq for school-readiness hours. The plan is shared, so they are not working in separate boxes.
What if you don’t think my child needs therapy?
Then we’ll say so. Some children are simply doing things in their own order and at their own pace, and telling you that is part of an honest assessment. If that’s the outcome, you’ll leave with the specific things to watch for, simple ways to help at home, and an open door if anything changes. We would rather lose a booking than sell you sessions your child does not need.
Can I visit and meet you before I book anything?
Yes. Call, text or WhatsApp +92 301 6424265, come and see the rooms, meet the team and ask whatever you want to ask. A consultation is Rs 1,500 and lasts up to 50 minutes, with no pressure to book ongoing therapy. We are at MPS Road, Block A Model Town, Multan (near Bloomfield Hall School, Street No. 2), open Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
