How to use these programs

Each program takes real therapy techniques and turns them into simple daily steps. They’re a lovely way to support your child, whether that’s between sessions, while you’re waiting for help, or when getting to a clinic just isn’t easy. What they’re not is a diagnosis or a stand-in for a professional assessment. Every program spells out the “when to get help” signs, and if you spot those, please do reach out. Not sure where to begin? Start with our free 2-minute check.

For older children & teens (8–16)

A lot of our programs are aimed at little ones. These four are written for pre-teens and teenagers instead: school, friendships, feelings and focus, not toddler stuff.
