Online speech and development support for families in Qatar
From Multan we coach Pakistani parents in Doha and across Qatar in Urdu and English, two hours off our clock, so an evening call fits neatly around work and school.
Our centre is in Multan, Pakistan — we don’t have a branch in Qatar. For families in Qatar we work entirely online, in English or Urdu, and we point you to your own country’s services too.
Qatar's Pakistani community is smaller and more concentrated than the sprawling ones in the larger Gulf states, with most families settled in and around Doha. Many parents work in construction, hospitality, healthcare, transport and services, on schedules that leave little room for daytime clinic appointments. When a child's speech or behaviour worries them, the practical question is often simply: who can I talk to about this, in Urdu, at an hour that fits my shift? That is what we offer.
We are a single physical centre in Multan, led by speech and language therapist Mahnoor Baloch. We have no branch or licence in Qatar; for families in Doha we work only by video, coaching parents rather than treating children from a distance. The pull is the shared language and understanding — being able to describe a child's day in your own words and be understood the first time.
With Doha two hours behind Multan, timing is gentle. A parent home after a long day can meet us in the early evening while it is still a reasonable hour on our side, so nobody is squeezing a session into the middle of the night.
Working with families in Qatar
We begin by listening carefully. On the first call we ask what a day looks like for your child in Doha — the languages at home and school, how routines run, what a difficult moment involves — and what you most want to shift. Then we agree a small, realistic plan that fits around Qatari working hours rather than fighting them.
From there, you do the work and we coach. We show you how to invite words during ordinary moments, how to hold a calm and steady boundary, and how to make dressing, eating and handwriting into daily wins. Our free Grow tools give you Urdu and English activity sheets so the time between sessions stays useful.
Our team covers speech therapy, ABA and behavioural support, special education, child psychology, developmental assessments and motor, handwriting and sensory-regulation skills. We do not have a licensed occupational therapist, so we describe that area honestly as practical motor and daily-living coaching rather than clinical OT.
Who we tend to help in Doha
Most of our Qatar families are Pakistani parents on employment visas whose children attend community, Indian-curriculum or international schools where the main language is often English. Some children were born in Doha and are fully bilingual; others arrived more recently and are still finding their feet. Either way, an Urdu-speaking guide who understands both the home and the child's development is hard to find locally, and that is what families come to us for.
We also work with families thinking about eventually returning to Pakistan, who want a child's progress to survive the move. Because we sit in Multan, we can hold that continuity across a relocation or a long summer in a way a Doha-only clinic cannot.
How online sessions fit a Qatari week
Qatar's weekend falls on Friday and Saturday, so we usually land on a weekday evening or a Friday morning. With Doha two hours behind Pakistan, your 6pm is our 8pm — late enough that school and work are done, early enough to be humane on both sides.
A session is a simple video call on a phone or laptop. We often ask you to point the camera at your child during play so we can coach on real behaviour as it unfolds, then pause and talk it through together. We work in Urdu, English or a mix — whatever your family actually speaks.
Getting help where you are, too
Alongside working with us online, here’s how families in Qatar can reach support in their own area. Processes change, so always double-check locally.
Qatar's public health services and private centres
For assessment and hands-on therapy in Qatar, families use the country's public health services alongside a number of private child-development centres in and around Doha. A good first step is to ask your paediatrician for direction, or to speak with your child's school about the support it can arrange. Services and referral routes shift over time, so please confirm the current position with a local provider.
Asking through your paediatrician or school
For most Pakistani families in Doha the simplest entry point is the paediatrician you already see or the school your child attends; both can steer you towards reputable local options for speech, behavioural and developmental support. Exactly what is available and how long any wait might be changes over time, so treat anything you find as a starting point and check the specifics for your family.

Questions from families in Qatar
Are you a licensed provider in Qatar?
No. We hold no licence within Qatar's health system and have no branch in Doha. We work with Qatar-based families online only, as Urdu and English parent coaching and support. For a formal diagnosis or hands-on therapy, please use a licensed local service, which we can help you find.
Which language do sessions run in?
Urdu, English or a blend of both, depending on your home. For many Pakistani parents in Doha, being able to describe a child in Urdu rather than through a translated report is exactly why they come to us.
How does the time difference work?
Qatar is two hours behind Pakistan, so an early-evening call suits both sides. Your 6pm in Doha is 8pm for us in Multan — comfortably within our working evening.
Can you replace a clinic in Doha?
No. We are the coach who helps you carry a plan into everyday life at home. Assessment and hands-on therapy stay with a licensed Qatari clinic; we work alongside it.
My child speaks English at school and Urdu at home and seems behind. Should I worry?
Often this is ordinary bilingual development rather than a delay, though not always. On our first call we look at both languages together so we do not misread a child who is simply quieter in one of them.
We may move back to Pakistan. Can you keep supporting us?
Yes. Being based in Multan, we can keep coaching you through a relocation or a long summer trip, so your child's progress holds across both homes.
Do you offer occupational therapy?
No. We have no licensed occupational therapist. We coach practical motor, handwriting and daily-living skills, and for clinical OT we would point you to a licensed centre in Qatar.
