Noor Fatima is an ABA therapist and behaviour intervention specialist with three years of professional experience supporting children with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, Down syndrome, developmental delays, and other behavioural and learning needs. Her practice is grounded in Applied Behaviour Analysis: understand the why behind a behaviour, then write small, individual goals that a parent can see.
She does not use a one-size-fits-all plan. Every child has unique strengths, needs and ways of learning. Sessions use structured teaching, positive reinforcement, and consistent work with families and teachers so the skill shows up at home and at school, not only in the clinic hour.
Every behavior has a reason, every child has potential, and every small step matters. My role is to understand, support, and empower each child to grow at their own pace.
How she works. Understanding Behavior. Building Skills. Empowering Children.

The BS in Applied Psychology can be confirmed with Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan. We list it so a parent can check. Public profile: LinkedIn. The international behaviour-therapy training is certified training, not a university degree and not a BCBA — we do not print an institute we have not been given.
What an ABA session with her actually holds
She starts from what the behaviour is doing — escape, attention, a request the child cannot say, sensory load — then teaches a replacement skill. Typical tools, in plain language: breaking a task into steps (task analysis), prompting then fading the prompt, positive reinforcement, functional communication training (a reliable way to ask), social skills, daily living skills, and behaviour management that is not punishment-first.
The goal is not a perfect clinic hour. It is communication, independence, social, academic and functional skills that show up in ordinary days. How the centre frames this work: behavioural therapy and how Mahnoor writes the behaviour plan.
Who this is for
Autistic children, children with ADHD, Down syndrome, developmental delay, and children whose behaviour is the family’s only language for “this is too much”. You do not need a diagnosis to start. You do need an assessment so the plan is aimed at the right thing.

Noor Fatima — questions parents ask
Is Noor Fatima a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)?
No, and we do not claim that title. She is an ABA therapist and behaviour intervention specialist with a BS in Applied Psychology (BZU, Multan), certified training in international behaviour therapy, and three years of ABA work. Contact owner Muhammad Salman Afzal first; faculty includes Mahnoor Baloch.
What does she actually do in a session?
Individualised ABA: she works out what a behaviour is doing for the child, then teaches a skill in small steps — requesting, waiting, a daily routine — with positive reinforcement. Parents stay in the loop. See behavioural therapy.
Does she diagnose autism or ADHD?
No. She delivers the behaviour plan. Diagnosis sits with a paediatrician or psychiatrist when it is needed. Therapy does not have to wait for the letter.
