What Time Can We Book from the UK, Gulf or US?

We are open Monday to Friday, 2pm to 6pm in Multan. Pakistan Standard Time is UTC+5 and does not change for daylight saving. Your country might. The gap moves when you change clocks, not when we do.
If your only free hour is after school and that hour is after 6pm here, we cannot take it. We would rather say that than book a slot we will miss.
Our window on your clock
- Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah: 1pm to 5pm. Friday afternoon often works. UAE
- Riyadh, Jeddah, Doha, Kuwait, Bahrain: 12pm to 4pm. Same Friday pattern. Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain
- London, Manchester, Dublin: about 9am to 1pm (10am to 2pm when you are on summer time). After-school is after we close. UK, Ireland
- Toronto, New York: about 5am to 9am. Possible for a parent before work; hard for a child. Canada, USA
- Vancouver, Los Angeles: about 2am to 6am. We will not pretend that is a child’s session. Parent-only review calls sometimes still happen.
- Perth: 5pm to 9pm. Usable. Australia
- Kuala Lumpur: 5pm to 9pm. School-age after class often works. Malaysia
- Berlin, Frankfurt: about 9am to 1pm (same idea as the UK). After-school does not fit. Germany
- Sydney, Melbourne: about 7pm to 11pm (later in their summer). Older children maybe; toddlers usually not.
- Auckland: about 9pm to 1am. Mostly parent coaching after bedtime. New Zealand
Gulf schools often run Sunday to Thursday. We are closed Sunday. That mismatch is real. Book Friday if you can.
What still works when the child cannot be on camera
Parent coaching, report reviews, and planning the week do not need a toddler at 10pm. Play-based looking does. If the clocks only allow a parent hour, we will book a parent hour and give you daytime practice, rather than a groggy “speech session” that teaches nobody.

Frequently asked questions
What hours are you actually open?
Monday to Friday, 2pm to 6pm Pakistan time (UTC+5). We do not shift for daylight saving. Saturday and Sunday we are closed.
Can a UK family book after school?
Usually no. After-school in Britain is evening in Multan, after we have closed. UK morning and early afternoon (about 9am to 1pm) is the window.
Can a Dubai family book on Friday?
Yes, Friday afternoon is often the best Gulf slot: many schools are off and we are open. Saturday and Sunday we are closed. Sunday is a working day for you.
We are in New Zealand. Is there any point?
Parent coaching after the child’s bedtime can work. A play session with a toddler at 10pm often cannot. We will be honest before you pay. See New Zealand.
Can we book at weekends?
No. Saturday and Sunday the centre is closed. We will not take a WhatsApp booking for a Sunday evening session we cannot run.
