🇰🇼 Online support in Kuwait

Online speech and development support for families in Kuwait

From Multan we coach Pakistani parents in Kuwait City, Hawally, Farwaniya and Jleeb in Urdu or English. Kuwait is two hours behind us, so a weekday afternoon at your end sits inside our hours.

Support for children and families in Kuwait

Our centre is in Multan, Pakistan — we don’t have a branch in Kuwait. For families in Kuwait we work entirely online, in English or Urdu, and we point you to your own country’s services too.

Kuwait holds one of the largest Pakistani workforces in the Gulf. Families are concentrated in Hawally, Farwaniya, Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh and around Kuwait City. Urdu is the language of the flat; English is the language of many schools. Finding an Urdu-speaking child therapist who can take a call after a shift is hard. That is the gap we fill on video — not a local licence.

We are one centre in Model Town, Multan, owned by Muhammad Salman Afzal, with faculty including Mahnoor Baloch, Speech & Language Therapist. No Kuwait branch. City page: Kuwait City. The same Gulf model as online child therapy from the Gulf and Saudi Arabia.

Friday afternoon is often the calmest: many schools are off and we are open. Saturday and Sunday we are closed. Sunday is a working day for you.

How we help

Working with families in Kuwait

We start with the Kuwait week: who is home at midday, which language the school uses, what a paediatrician has already said. Then a small home plan. Insurance in Kuwait rarely covers a Multan invoice — we will not pretend it does.

Between calls you lead. How online sessions run. Clock table: time zones.

Speech, behaviour, special education, child psychology. No licensed OT. Hearing and swallow safety stay with a doctor in Kuwait.

Private clinics, not a public NHS

Kuwait does not run a free-at-the-point-of-use children’s speech service like the NHS. Most families use a paediatrician and a private centre. We sit beside that, in Urdu, for the hours between appointments. We cannot stamp a local insurance form or a school inclusion file.

Urdu at home, English at school

Count words in both languages. A delay shows in both. Do not drop Urdu so school English “catches up.” Urdu at home, English at school.

Local services

Getting help where you are, too

Alongside working with us online, here’s how families in Kuwait can reach support in their own area. Processes change, so always double-check locally.

Start with a paediatrician in Kuwait

Ask your child’s doctor which private speech or development centres they trust, and what your insurance actually pays. We are not on those panels.

School inclusion

Ask the school what classroom adjustments they can try this week. A diagnosis is often not required for seating and extra time to start.

Cities we support families in across Kuwait

We work online with Kuwait-based families wherever you are. If you’re in one of these cities, here’s a page written for your community.

How to start

Getting started from Kuwait is simple

  1. 1

    Message us on WhatsApp

Tell us your child’s age and what’s worrying you — a short message is enough. We reply in English or Urdu.

  2. 2

    A consultation

Rs 1,500, up to 50 minutes. We listen properly, ask a few questions, and give you an honest read on what your child needs — all over video. No pressure to book ongoing therapy, no jargon.

  3. 3

A clear plan you can act on

You leave with a plan: online sessions where they help, plus a home program you can start the same week.

FAQ

Questions from families in Kuwait

Are you licensed in Kuwait?

No. We have no Kuwaiti licence and no branch. We coach parents online from Multan. Formal reports for school or insurance belong with a local clinician.

What time can we book?

Monday to Friday, 2pm to 6pm Pakistan time — 12pm to 4pm in Kuwait. Friday afternoon is often easiest. Saturday and Sunday we are closed.

Will insurance cover this?

Usually not. We are not a local provider. Check your plan before you assume a Multan invoice will be reimbursed.

Do we need a referral?

Not to speak to us. A consultation is Rs 1,500 and lasts up to 50 minutes. A paediatrician still leads on hearing, medicine and local diagnosis.

We might move back to Pakistan.

Coaching can continue, and some families come in person while they are in Multan.
