In Sindh, child-development specialists cluster in Karachi, while families in Hyderabad, Sukkur, Larkana and the interior are left far from help. We work with children right across the province online, in Urdu and English, so where you live matters less than what your child needs.
Our centre is in Multan, Pakistan — we don’t have a branch in Sindh. For families in Sindh we work entirely online, in English or Urdu.
Sindh has a lopsided map when it comes to child development. Karachi holds most of the province's specialists, its assessment services and its therapy clinics, while the interior, from Hyderabad up through Sukkur, Larkana and the districts around them, is thinly served. For a family outside the city, getting a child assessed has often meant a long trip to Karachi and the cost and disruption that come with it.
We are the Inclusive Developmental and Therapy Center, based in Model Town, Multan, and we work with families across Sindh online. That means a child in interior Sindh no longer has to be near Karachi to reach a speech therapist or a child psychologist. The specialist comes to your screen, and the plan is built around your home, your child and your week.
Sindhi is the language of most homes across the province, alongside Urdu, and in Karachi you will hear many more. We run our sessions in Urdu and English, and we coach parents in plain, unhurried language so that a Sindhi-speaking family can follow every step and lead the practice at home confidently.
Working with families in Sindh
Our team brings together speech therapy, ABA and behavioural therapy, special education, child psychology, and developmental assessments, plus support for motor, handwriting and sensory-regulation skills. Founder Mahnoor Baloch is a speech-language therapist with more than five years of experience, and she leads the specialists who take on whichever area of your child's development needs the most attention.
For a Sindh family, we begin with a developmental assessment over video: we watch how your child communicates and plays, we listen closely to your concerns, and we build a shared picture. Then we meet regularly online and agree a home programme. Our free 'Grow' tools give a parent in Hyderabad or Khairpur something structured to practise between calls, so momentum never stalls.
Parent coaching is central, because a child in Sindh spends most of their hours with family, not with us. We show you how to coax first words out of everyday routines, how to respond calmly and consistently to difficult behaviour, and how to build the fine motor skills behind holding a pencil. You carry the daily work; we stay the specialists behind you.
Closing the Karachi gap for interior families
The distance between Karachi and interior Sindh is not only about kilometres, it is about access. A family in a smaller Sindh town may have a good local paediatrician but no speech therapist within reach at all, so a language delay or a suspected developmental difference sits unaddressed for want of the right specialist. Online delivery lifts that specialist over the distance and places them in your home, on your schedule.
This matters most in the early years, when waiting is the enemy. The sooner a child who is not talking, or who is struggling to engage, gets specialist input, the more we can help. For interior Sindh families who once had to save up and plan a Karachi trip before anything could begin, starting online within days rather than months genuinely changes what is possible.
A plan built for your household, not a distant clinic
Because we work with you at home, everything we set is designed around what your Sindh household already has and does. We do not hand you a clinic worksheet and wish you luck; we build the practice into your child's real routines, using the toys, the food and the daily moments that are already there. That is what makes home practice stick between our sessions.
It also means we see your child as they really are. A child who would freeze in an unfamiliar Karachi clinic often opens up completely on their own floor, and that honest picture lets us target the right things. Karachi holds most of the province's services
Almost all of Sindh's public teaching hospitals and private child-development clinics sit in Karachi. If you are in the city, a paediatrician or a hospital child-health department is a realistic first stop; if you are in the interior, be prepared that a formal assessment may still mean a trip to Karachi.
District and taluka hospitals in the interior
Away from Karachi, interior-Sindh families usually rely on district and taluka hospitals, where paediatric cover exists but specialist child-development help is thin. Use them to flag a concern and get a referral, and ask directly whether anything specialist is available closer than Karachi or Hyderabad.
School support through the special education department
For a school-age child, Sindh's special education department is responsible for government special schools and related help. Provision is patchy outside the main cities, so ask locally which centre serves your taluka before assuming a place is available.

Questions from families in Sindh
I live in interior Sindh, far from Karachi. Can you still help?
Yes. That is exactly the gap our online sessions are meant to close. Wherever you are in Sindh, your child works with our specialists over video, with parent coaching so the practice continues at home. No move to Karachi is needed.
We speak Sindhi at home. Will the sessions work?
Yes. We run sessions in Urdu and English, and we coach you in plain, unhurried language so a Sindhi-speaking family can follow every step and lead the practice at home with confidence.
Do I need to travel to Multan?
No. Our centre is in Multan, but Sindh families work with us entirely online. Nothing about your child's therapy requires a journey out of the province.
How quickly can we start from a smaller Sindh town?
Usually within days. A video assessment does not depend on you arranging travel, so we can often begin far sooner than the old route of planning a trip to Karachi allowed.
Who will work with my child?
Our team includes speech therapists, behavioural and ABA specialists, special educators and a child psychologist, led by founder Mahnoor Baloch, a speech-language therapist with over five years of experience. The specialist matched to your child depends on their needs.
Can you support handwriting and daily-living skills?
Yes. Alongside speech and behaviour, we help with motor, handwriting and daily-living skills. We do not have a licensed occupational therapist on the team, so this is practical motor and self-care skill-building rather than clinical occupational therapy.

Yes. The 'Grow' tools are free parent resources for use between sessions, so a family in Hyderabad, Sukkur or anywhere in Sindh always has something structured to practise before the next call.
