Online Child Therapy for Families in Hyderabad

For years, a Hyderabad family who needed a child speech or behaviour specialist has usually ended up on the road to Karachi. We work with Hyderabad families online instead — video sessions and parent coaching in Urdu and English — so that a two-hour trip down the M-9 is no longer the price of getting help.

Support for children and families in Hyderabad

Our centre is in Multan, Pakistan — we don’t have a branch in Hyderabad. For families in Hyderabad we work entirely online, in English or Urdu.

Hyderabad is Sindh's second city and a big place in its own right, but specialist child therapy has long been thin on the ground here. When a parent in Latifabad or Qasimabad was told their child needed speech therapy or a behavioural plan, the next sentence was too often "you'll have to go to Karachi for that" — roughly 150 kilometres each way down the motorway. Online support ends that particular sentence for good.

Our centre is in Multan, led by Mahnoor Baloch, a speech and language therapist with more than five years behind her. She works with a small team covering behavioural therapy and ABA, special education, child psychology, developmental assessments, and skill-building for motor, handwriting and daily-living tasks. For Hyderabad, all of it comes to you by video rather than asking you to pack the family into a car before dawn.

Many families we talk to across Hyderabad are Sindhi- or Urdu-speaking at home, and we want to be straight about this: our sessions run in Urdu and English, not Sindhi. What we do is coach you as the parent in plain language, so the strategies work no matter which language fills your house in the evening.

How we help

Working with families in Hyderabad

We begin with an online developmental assessment. We watch your child on video and spend real time understanding your week in Hyderabad — the school, the extended family living close by, the routines that make up an ordinary day here — because that is where therapy actually lives. Then we agree on two or three goals and give you home practice rather than piling on daily appointments.

For speech and language delays we coach you through small, repeatable routines that fit a Hyderabad household. For autism and behavioural concerns we build ABA-informed plans that you run day to day, with us reviewing progress and adjusting on the next call. The point is that the person doing the therapy is you, all week, not a specialist you see for an hour after a long drive.

Between sessions we are reachable on WhatsApp at +92 314 6040262, and our free Grow tools let you run developmental checks and home programs from home. A family that once budgeted a whole day and a tank of fuel for a Karachi appointment can now do the review from their own sitting room.

The end of the road trip to Karachi

The distance to Karachi was never just about kilometres. It was the day off work, the fuel, the tiredness of a child who arrives at a strange clinic already worn out, and the reality that a two-hour drive each way makes a genuinely weekly rhythm almost impossible. Progress needs regularity, and regularity is exactly what that commute quietly killed.

Working online, a Hyderabad family can hold a steady weekly slot without any of that. The consistency that used to be the first casualty of the Karachi trip becomes the easy part, and your child does the work in the room they already feel safe in.

Being honest about what still needs an in-person start

We will not pretend a video call solves everything. A few first assessments — feeding difficulties, some complex motor concerns, anything with a possible medical cause — are genuinely better begun hands-on. Where that is the case for your child, we will say so plainly rather than take a booking we cannot fully serve.

In those situations we help you think through the sensible next step, whether that means an initial in-person evaluation before we take over the ongoing coaching online. It is a smaller ask than it once was, and we would rather be the people who told you the truth than the ones who wasted your time.

FAQ

Questions from families in Hyderabad

Do you have a centre in Hyderabad?

No. Our only centre is in Model Town, Multan. For Hyderabad we work fully online, so there is no need to travel — and no need to head to Karachi either.

We used to go to Karachi for therapy. How is online different?

The big difference is consistency. Instead of a long trip you could only manage now and then, you get a steady weekly online session and daily home practice, which is what actually moves a child forward.

We speak Sindhi at home. Is that a problem?

We run sessions in Urdu and English rather than Sindhi. We coach you as the parent, and you carry the practice into whichever language your child hears most at home in Hyderabad.

How do we get started?

Message us on WhatsApp at +92 314 6040262. We arrange an online developmental assessment, watch your child on video, and set a few clear goals to work toward.

Is online assessment reliable, or will we still need Karachi?

For most speech, behaviour and learning goals an online assessment works well. If your child needs a hands-on evaluation first, we will tell you honestly and help you plan that step.

What do we need for a video session?

Just a phone or laptop with a camera and a fairly stable internet connection, plus a quiet spot at home. Nothing specialised.

What kinds of difficulties do you help with?

Speech and language delays, autism, behavioural challenges, and learning or school-readiness concerns in younger children. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
