Online Child Therapy for Families in Karachi
Karachi has more therapists than anywhere else in Pakistan, yet getting one child across the city for a weekly appointment can eat a whole afternoon. We work with Karachi families entirely online, by video and parent coaching, so the traffic stops being the thing that decides whether therapy happens.
Our centre is in Multan, Pakistan — we don’t have a branch in Karachi. For families in Karachi we work entirely online, in English or Urdu.
In a city that stretches from Malir and Korangi in the east all the way out to the coast, the hardest part of therapy in Karachi is rarely finding a provider — it is reaching one. A family in North Nazimabad chasing a specialist in DHA can lose two hours to Shahrah-e-Faisal before the session even starts, and children who are already dysregulated do not travel well through that. Working online takes the commute off the table completely.
Our centre is in Multan, led by Mahnoor Baloch, a speech and language therapist with over five years of experience. Around her sits a small team covering behavioural therapy and ABA, special education, child psychology, developmental assessments, and skill-building for motor, handwriting and daily-living tasks. None of that requires you to be in the same room — for Karachi we bring it to you over a video call instead.
Karachi is one of the most linguistically mixed cities in the country, and many of the families we speak to here are Sindhi- or Urdu-speaking at home. We run our sessions in Urdu and English, so please know upfront that we do not deliver therapy in Sindhi. What we can offer is warm, plain-language coaching that a parent can then carry into whatever language your child hears at home.
Working with families in Karachi
A typical start is an online developmental assessment where we watch your child on video and, just as importantly, listen to you describe what a normal day in your part of Karachi actually looks like — the school run, the joint-family evenings, the screen habits. From there we set two or three specific goals and give you things to practise between sessions rather than making you log in every day.
For speech delays and articulation we coach you through short daily routines you can fold into ordinary Karachi life — during the drive to school, at the dinner table, while running errands. For behaviour and autism support we build ABA-informed plans that you deliver, because you are the one with your child fifty hours a week and we are on screen for one.
Between calls we stay reachable on WhatsApp at +92 314 6040262, and our free Grow tools let you run simple developmental checks and home programs from anywhere in the city. A parent in Gulshan and a parent in Clifton get the same structure without either of them touching the road.
Why online works when the city is this big
Karachi's size is usually framed as an advantage — more clinics, more names, more choice. In practice, the sprawl quietly cancels a lot of that out. A therapist twelve kilometres away can be forty-five minutes in one direction and ninety in the other depending on the hour, and consistency is what actually moves a child forward. Missing every third session to traffic or heat is worse than a slightly less famous clinic you can reach reliably.
Online removes the single biggest reason Karachi families drop out: the trip. There is no parking near the clinic, no younger sibling melting down in the back seat, no cancelling because the one working car is out. You open a link from home, your child is in a familiar room, and we get straight into the work.
When we will tell you to see someone in person
We would rather lose a booking than pretend a screen is always enough. Some first assessments — particularly where feeding, complex motor concerns or a suspected medical issue are in the picture — really are better done hands-on. Karachi is the one Sindh city where that in-person option is genuinely easy to arrange locally, because the specialists and paediatric services are already here.
So if we think your child needs an in-room evaluation to begin safely, we will say so and point you toward the right kind of local professional, then pick up the ongoing coaching online once that first step is done. Honesty about our limits is part of how we earn a family's trust.

Questions from families in Karachi
Do you have a centre or clinic in Karachi?
No. Our only centre is in Model Town, Multan. For Karachi families we work fully online — video sessions plus parent coaching — so there is no travel across the city.
We speak Sindhi at home. Can you still help?
Yes, but please know we run sessions in Urdu and English, not Sindhi. We coach you as the parent, and you carry the practice into whichever language your child hears most at home.
Is online therapy really as good as visiting a clinic in Karachi?
For most speech, behaviour and school-readiness goals, yes — because the real work happens in daily life at home, not in a clinic room. If a first assessment needs hands-on time, we will tell you honestly and it is easy to arrange that locally in Karachi.
How do we start?
Message us on WhatsApp at +92 314 6040262. We book an online developmental assessment, watch your child on video, listen to how your days run, and then set a small number of clear goals.
What ages do you work with?
Mainly younger children with speech delays, autism, behavioural challenges and learning or school-readiness difficulties. If we are not the right fit for your child, we will say so.
Do we need special equipment for online sessions?
No. A phone or laptop with a camera and a reasonably steady internet connection is enough. A quiet corner of the house helps more than any gadget.
Can both parents join from different places?
Yes. Because it is a video call, a father at work and a mother at home in another part of Karachi can both be on the same session — which often makes the home plan stick better.
