Online speech and development coaching for Pakistani families in Sharjah
From our centre in Multan, we coach parents across Al Nahda, Al Qasimia and Abu Shagara in Urdu and English, one hour off Pakistan time, so a child hears the same steady cues at home and at their SPEA school.
Our centre is in Multan, Pakistan — we don’t have a branch in Sharjah. For families in Sharjah we work entirely online, in English or Urdu, and we point you to your own country’s services too.
Sharjah has one of the densest Pakistani and South-Asian communities in the Emirates, and many of the families we work with live around Al Nahda, Al Qasimia, Abu Shagara and Muweilah — often in Sharjah precisely because rents are gentler than Dubai's, with a parent commuting across the border each morning. In these homes Urdu runs the household while the children move into English at school, and parents come to us to read that gap.
Our only physical centre is in Multan, led by speech and language therapist Mahnoor Baloch. For Sharjah families we open no branch and hold no UAE licence; we connect by video and coach parents directly. Cost matters to a lot of these households, and online coaching in their own language is a way to get steady help without the price of repeated private clinic visits stacking up on a single Sharjah salary.
Sharjah runs its own schools regulator, the Sharjah Private Education Authority, or SPEA, which oversees the emirate's private schools and their inclusion support. We are not part of SPEA and we are not a licensed clinic; we work behind that local care, in Urdu and English, doing the patient between-appointments coaching that families often can't otherwise afford week to week.
Working with families in Sharjah
We begin by listening. On the first call we ask what an ordinary Sharjah weekday looks like — the cross-border commute, the working hours, who speaks which language in the flat — and what worries you most. Then we build a small, affordable plan: a few speech targets, one behaviour routine, or a handwriting and sensory idea that fits real family life in Al Nahda or Muweilah.
Between calls, you do the therapy and we coach it. We show you how to model words on the school run, how to hold a calm boundary after a long commuting day, and how to turn dressing and feeding into small wins. Our free Grow tools give you Urdu and English checklists, which matters even more when a family is trying to stretch every dirham on support.
Our team covers speech therapy, ABA and behavioural support, special education, child psychology, developmental assessments and motor, handwriting and sensory-regulation skills. We have no licensed occupational therapist, so we describe that strand honestly as practical motor and daily-living coaching, and we point families to a licensed centre when a child needs clinical OT.
Steady support that fits a Sharjah budget
Many Sharjah families are managing on a single income while paying school fees and rent, and repeated private-clinic appointments across the emirates can quickly become unaffordable. Our online coaching is deliberately light and low-cost: we teach the parent to do the daily work rather than charging for a therapist to do every repetition, which stretches a limited support budget a great deal further.
That does not mean we replace hands-on therapy where a child clearly needs it. It means that between the appointments a family can actually afford, there is still a plan running at home every day, in Urdu, so progress does not stall in the long gaps that tight budgets force.
Living in Sharjah, schooling under SPEA
Because Sharjah runs schooling through SPEA rather than a Dubai or Abu Dhabi authority, a family that moves house across the emirates can find the school system and its inclusion routes look unfamiliar. We can't work that paperwork for you, but we help you frame the questions for your SPEA school's inclusion staff and your paediatrician so you are not guessing.
When a child is already getting help through the school or a licensed clinic, we ask what they are working on and line our coaching up behind it. We are the Urdu-speaking voice at home that helps a Sharjah parent understand and repeat what the licensed team is doing, without a second set of conflicting instructions.

Questions from families in Sharjah
Are you a licensed clinic in Sharjah?
No. We are not a UAE-licensed clinic and we have no branch or SPEA role in Sharjah. We work with Sharjah families online only, as Urdu and English parent coaching and support. For a formal diagnosis or hands-on therapy you should use a locally licensed clinic, which we are glad to help you find.
Is online coaching cheaper than a private clinic?
It is usually lighter on the budget, because we coach you to do the daily work at home rather than charging for a therapist to do every repetition. It does not replace hands-on therapy where a child truly needs it, but it keeps a plan running between the appointments you can afford.
Which languages do you coach in?
Urdu and English. Most Sharjah families choose Urdu so they can talk about their child freely, but we switch to English whenever that suits you better.
Do you offer occupational therapy?
We do not have a licensed occupational therapist. We coach practical motor, handwriting and daily-living skills, and for clinical OT we point you to a licensed centre in the Emirates.
How does the time difference work?
Sharjah is one hour behind Pakistan, so an evening session after work and the commute still falls inside our working evening in Multan, which makes weekday slots easy for both parents.
We live in Sharjah but work in Dubai. Does that matter for sessions?
Not for us. Wherever you commute, our online session simply meets you at home in the evening. The commute mainly matters for local, in-person clinic visits, which is one reason coaching that comes to your living room helps.
Can you replace our SPEA school's inclusion support?
No. We sit alongside your school's inclusion team and any licensed clinic, coaching in Urdu between appointments, and we ask what they are working on so we reinforce it rather than contradict it.
