From our centre in Multan, we coach parents across Mussafah, Khalifa City and the Airport Road area in Urdu and English, one hour off Pakistan time, so a child hears the same warm cues at home and at their ADEK school.
Our centre is in Multan, Pakistan — we don’t have a branch in Abu Dhabi. For families in Abu Dhabi we work entirely online, in English or Urdu, and we point you to your own country’s services too.
Abu Dhabi is the UAE capital, and its Pakistani community leans a little differently from Dubai's — more government, energy-sector and public-service families, often settled for the long term around Mussafah, Khalifa City and the older Airport Road districts. In many of these homes Urdu carries the family while the children move into English at school, and parents come to us to work out whether a quiet child is delayed or simply bilingual.
Our only physical centre is in Multan, led by speech and language therapist Mahnoor Baloch. For Abu Dhabi families we do not open a branch and we hold no UAE licence; we connect by video and coach parents directly. The pull, again, is the language — being able to describe a toddler's late words or a school-gate meltdown in Urdu, without first translating the feeling into English.
Here the regulators matter, and they are not Dubai's. Abu Dhabi schools sit under ADEK, the Department of Education and Knowledge, which drives inclusion in the capital's schools, while clinics and child-development centres are licensed by the Department of Health — Abu Dhabi, known as DoH. We are neither; we work quietly behind that licensed care, in the parents' own language.
Working with families in Abu Dhabi
We open by listening. On the first video call we ask what a normal capital weekday looks like — the commute in from Mussafah or Khalifa City, the working hours, who speaks which language at home — and what worries you most. From there we shape a small, realistic plan: a few speech targets, one behaviour routine, or a handwriting and sensory idea that fits an ordinary Abu Dhabi evening.
Between calls, the parent does the work and we coach it. We show you how to model language during errands, how to hold a calm boundary after a long day at an ADEK school, and how to turn dressing, feeding and tidying into small daily wins. Our free Grow tools give you Urdu and English checklists so the week between sessions is never a blank.
Our team spans speech therapy, ABA and behavioural support, special education, child psychology, developmental assessments and motor, handwriting and sensory-regulation skills. We do not have a licensed occupational therapist, so we are careful to call that strand practical motor and daily-living coaching, and we point families toward a DoH-licensed centre when clinical OT is what a child needs.
Why the capital's regulators are not Dubai's
Families who move from Dubai to Abu Dhabi are sometimes surprised that the paperwork changes. Schools in the capital answer to ADEK rather than KHDA, and health licensing runs through DoH rather than the DHA, so a referral route or an approved-centre list that a friend used in Dubai may not map onto Abu Dhabi at all. We can't navigate that system for you, but we can help you ask your school and paediatrician the right questions about it.
What we bring is continuity. Whichever emirate you sit in, our coaching stays the same steady Urdu-and-English voice at home, so a family that relocates within the UAE does not have to rebuild the home side of their child's support from scratch while they sort out new licensing and a new school.
Long-settled families and the long game
A good share of Abu Dhabi's Pakistani families have been in the capital for years rather than months, which changes what they want. Instead of a quick fix before a posting ends, they are looking for a sustained home routine that grows with the child through primary school. We plan for that longer arc, revisiting targets over months rather than promising a fast turnaround we could not honestly deliver.
When a child is already under a DoH clinic or an ADEK school's inclusion team, we ask what they are working on and slot our coaching in behind it. We are the Urdu-speaking layer that helps a parent understand and repeat, at home, exactly what the licensed team is doing in the capital.

Questions from families in Abu Dhabi
Are you a licensed clinic in Abu Dhabi?
No. We are not licensed by DoH and we have no branch or ADEK role in the capital. We work with Abu Dhabi families online only, as Urdu and English parent coaching and support. For a formal diagnosis or hands-on therapy you should use a DoH-licensed local clinic, and we are happy to help you look.
Is Abu Dhabi regulated the same way as Dubai?
No, and that trips families up. Abu Dhabi schools sit under ADEK and health licensing runs through DoH, whereas Dubai uses KHDA and the DHA. We can't manage that system for you, but we can help you ask the right questions.
Which languages do you coach in?
Urdu and English. Most Abu Dhabi families choose Urdu so they can talk about their child openly, but we switch to English whenever that is easier for you.
Do you offer occupational therapy?
We do not have a licensed occupational therapist. We coach practical motor, handwriting and daily-living skills, and for clinical OT we point you to a DoH-licensed centre in Abu Dhabi.
We may move within the UAE. Do we have to start over?
Not with us. Your school and health paperwork changes between emirates, but our Urdu and English coaching stays the same at home, so the home side of your child's support carries across a move.
How does the time difference work?
Abu Dhabi is one hour behind Pakistan, so an evening session after work still sits inside our working evening in Multan, which makes weekday slots easy for both parents.
Can you replace our DoH clinic or ADEK school support?
No. We sit alongside your licensed Abu Dhabi care, coaching in Urdu between appointments, and we ask what your clinic or school inclusion team is working on so we reinforce it rather than work against it.
