Urdu-and-English online support for Mississauga parents worried about their child
From our centre in Multan, Pakistan, we coach Mississauga's large Pakistani community online — helping parents understand speech, behaviour and learning concerns while they use the publicly funded services available to them across Peel and Ontario.
Our centre is in Multan, Pakistan — we don’t have a branch in Mississauga. For families in Mississauga we work entirely online, in English or Urdu, and we point you to your own country’s services too.
Mississauga is home to one of the strongest Pakistani communities in Canada. For many of these families, everyday life already runs in Urdu — at the dinner table, at the mosque, in the WhatsApp groups where parents swap advice about schools and doctors. When a worry about a child's speech or behaviour appears, parents naturally want to talk it through in that same language, with someone who understands both the clinical side and the cultural one.
That is where our online service fits. Our clinic is in Multan, Pakistan, led by speech-language therapist Mahnoor Baloch and a team spanning speech therapy, behavioural support, special education, child psychology and developmental assessment. We do not have an office in Mississauga and we never claim to. Everything we do for a Peel-region family happens over video, in Urdu or English, as coaching and support rather than local treatment.
We keep the boundary clear on purpose. Mississauga families are entitled to publicly funded assessment, therapy and school support through Ontario's system, and that is where formal diagnosis and funded, hands-on therapy belong. Our role is to help you use that system well — and to stop you feeling stranded while you wait for it.
Working with families in Mississauga
A typical Mississauga parent reaches us after a daycare mentions their toddler is quiet, or after months on a local list with no obvious progress at home. We begin in the language you prefer, hear the full story without a rushed interpreter, and then look — through short videos or a live session — at how your child plays, communicates and copes. Only then do we suggest anything.
Our coaching is practical and built for a real Mississauga household, where two languages and often an extended family share one home. For a late-talking toddler we weave language-building into ordinary routines in Urdu and English. For behaviour that boils over at transitions or mealtimes, we teach the same evidence-based strategies a good local team would use, tuned to your family's rhythm rather than a generic script.
We also help with the paperwork that overwhelms so many newcomer families — a screening result, an assessment summary, or a school's plan. We translate what it really means into clear Urdu, flag what to ask next, and help you prepare for your following local appointment so you are an informed partner in your child's care rather than a passenger.
Built for Mississauga's bilingual, multi-generational homes
In many Mississauga Pakistani households, grandparents live in or near the home and are deeply involved in raising the children. That is a strength, but it can also mean mixed messages about how to respond to a child's behaviour or how much to worry about speech. We coach the whole caregiving team, in Urdu, so everyone is pulling in the same direction rather than quietly disagreeing.
Because we work in your first language and stay with your family across sessions, we can build the kind of trust that a single interpreted appointment never allows. Parents tell us the relief of simply being understood — of not having to translate their own child's story — is half the value on its own.
Where our help ends and Ontario's begins
We are not a licensed Ontario provider, so we cannot issue a diagnosis that Peel schools or provincial programs will accept, we cannot enrol your child in a funded program, and we cannot deliver in-person therapy. We also do not have a licensed occupational therapist on our team, so for formal handwriting, motor or sensory therapy we send you to local services and say so honestly.
What we do is make the local help work harder for you. A Mississauga family that understands their child, practises consistently at home, and arrives at each publicly funded appointment with clear questions almost always gets more from the system. Online coaching is a multiplier on the services you already have — never a substitute for them.

Questions from families in Mississauga
Are you registered or licensed to provide therapy in Ontario?
No. We are an online-only service based in Multan, Pakistan, and we are not a Canadian-licensed or Ontario-registered provider. We give parent coaching and support by video in Urdu and English. For a formal diagnosis or funded, hands-on therapy, Mississauga families should use Ontario's publicly funded services.
Why would I use a centre in Pakistan when I live in Mississauga?
Mainly for Urdu-first coaching, continuity, and a trusted second opinion while you use local services. Many Mississauga families want to discuss their child in their own language with one consistent person, especially during long local waitlists.
Can you diagnose my child so my Mississauga school will act?
No. A diagnosis that a Peel school board or Ontario program will accept must come from a licensed local professional. We can help you understand your worries and prepare for that local assessment, but we cannot provide the diagnosis.
Do you offer occupational therapy for handwriting or sensory needs?
We do not have a licensed occupational therapist. We can coach you on motor, handwriting and daily-living skills and on sensory-regulation routines at home, but for formal occupational therapy we refer you to local Mississauga services.
My whole family is involved in raising my child. Can they join?
Yes, and we encourage it. In many Mississauga households grandparents and both parents share caregiving, so we coach everyone together in Urdu to keep the approach consistent across the home.
Is bilingual speech going to confuse my child?
No. Raising a child with both Urdu and English is normal and healthy across Mississauga's Pakistani community. We help you support both languages rather than abandoning one.
Do you have anything free I can look at first?
Yes. Our free "Grow" parent tools give developmental guidance in plain language and are a sensible first step before booking any session.
