Online coaching for motor and daily skills
Online, we coach you through a dressing, pencil or mealtime routine in your house. We cannot replace a licensed occupational therapist on video, and we do not run a sensory gym over a phone.
Written by the Inclusive Developmental and Therapy Center therapy team — our Speech & Language Therapist, psychology and ABA staff. This page is awaiting its clinical review.
What we can coach from here
The order of a dressing routine. How you set the paper. When to stop a writing burst. A mealtime that has become a war. Parent coaching in Urdu or English, from Model Town, for families in Pakistan and abroad. Worldwide, online therapy.
A consultation is Rs 1,500 and lasts up to 50 minutes. Complementary to local OT where you live — not a substitute for it, and not a statutory report.
What we will not pretend
We are not a licensed OT on your screen. We will not run Ayres sensory integration, prescribe a sensory gym, or diagnose a hand condition from a video. If that is what is needed, we say so and help you find the right profession where you are.

Online — questions parents ask
Can you assess my child’s hand on Zoom?
We can see a lot. We cannot feel tone or a joint. When that matters, we say the next step is in-person — here or near you.
Do you have a branch in my city?
No. One centre in Model Town, Multan.
Is this occupational therapy online?
No. It is parent coaching for motor and daily skills, with the same honest limit as the Multan page.
What should I have ready?
The shirt, the pencil, the snack that fails. Not a clinic kit.
