What happens in a developmental assessment
The assessment is play. We watch how your child looks, requests, moves, copes with a change, and recovers. It is not a test they can fail. You do not need a diagnosis to walk in.

The shape of the hour
You talk. We play. We might try a sound, a turn, a pencil, a change of activity. We are watching ordinary things: a look before a reach, a recovery when the toy goes, a two-step instruction. Hearing belongs in the picture — if it has never been checked, we will say so rather than invent a speech plan on a deaf year.
A consultation is Rs 1,500 and lasts up to 50 minutes for the consultation. If a longer assessment is separate, we tell you before we book it.
What you leave with
A plain-language picture of strengths and next steps, and whether speech, ABA, learning, psychology, motor-skills work — or watchful waiting — is the honest door. We would rather lose a booking than sell you a programme your child does not need.

What to expect — questions parents ask
Will you diagnose autism or ADHD?
No. We assess communication, learning, behaviour and daily skills, write a plan, and refer to a paediatrician or psychiatrist when a medical diagnosis belongs there.
What should I bring?
Notes on milestones, any hearing or school reports, and a favourite toy. A two-minute phone video of ordinary play is gold.
Will they have to sit at a table?
No. Floor play is fine. Refusal is information.
Can this be online?
A first conversation and a lot of coaching can. A full hands-on look sometimes cannot. See online assessment.
