Assessment — how Mahnoor looks at a child
Contact owner Muhammad Salman Afzal first. It is play, not a paper the child can fail. You leave knowing what she saw, what she is not sure about, and the next two or three steps — including if those steps are not with us.

What she watches
How your child plays. How they get your attention. Response to name. A two-step instruction. Speech sounds and language across every language at home. Attention, recovery from a no, and anything that looks like hearing, pain or lost skills — those last ones are a doctor’s job first.
A consultation is Rs 1,500 and lasts up to 50 minutes. Bring reports you already have, and a short video of the thing that worries you at home. Questions to take in. The clinic offer is developmental assessment.
What you leave with
What she saw. What she is not sure about. Two or three next steps — which may be speech, behaviour, special education, parent coaching, a hearing check, or “not us”. Honesty includes sending you elsewhere. The process after that is how it works.
If you already have a file from another clinic, start as a second opinion. We do not pretend the first report never happened.
What she will not diagnose
Autism, ADHD and medical conditions sit with a paediatrician or psychiatrist when a diagnosis is needed. Mahnoor describes communication, learning and behaviour as she sees them, writes a plan, and says if a medical opinion is the next step. Therapy does not have to wait for the letter.
She does not prescribe. She is not an occupational therapist. She is not a BCBA. Those limits are on her profile and on sensory support and behaviour.
In person in Multan, or online
The centre has one physical location: Model Town, Multan. In-person assessment is here. Online is video plus parent coaching, in English or Urdu, for families elsewhere in Pakistan and abroad — online across Pakistan and worldwide. Online is not a local licence in another country.
A free at-home starting point, not a diagnosis, is the development check and milestone checklists. Book when you want her to look: book a consultation.

Assessment — questions parents ask
Is this a diagnosis?
No. It is a picture of skills and a plan. Diagnosis of autism, ADHD or a medical condition sits with a paediatrician or psychiatrist when it is needed. We will say if that is the next step.
Can she look at someone else’s report?
Yes. That is a second opinion — we do not start from zero if you already have a file.
Ask about assessment
A short, friendly conversation is the best first step. Call, text or WhatsApp us — we’ll listen and guide you, with no pressure.
