Online Child Therapy for Peshawar and the Districts Around It
Our centre is in Multan, and we work with Peshawar families online. Whether you live inside the old city, out in Hayatabad, or you usually drive in from Charsadda or Nowshera for specialists, you can join live video sessions for speech, behaviour and developmental goals in Urdu or English from home.
Our centre is in Multan, Pakistan — we don’t have a branch in Peshawar. For families in Peshawar we work entirely online, in English or Urdu.
Peshawar has always been where families in the wider region turn when a child needs specialist help. The child-development clinics, the assessment services and the experienced therapists tend to be concentrated near University Road and out in Hayatabad, which is fine if you live in those neighbourhoods and hard if you do not. Parents driving in from Charsadda, Nowshera or the districts further out can lose most of a day to a single appointment.
Many of the families we speak to here are Pashto or Hindko speaking at home, with Urdu as the shared language of school and public life. We want to be straight about this: we run our sessions in Urdu and English, not in Pashto. What we can promise is that we listen patiently, keep our language plain, and never rush a parent who is thinking in Pashto and answering in Urdu. For a great deal of speech, behaviour and early-learning work, that shared Urdu footing is enough to make real progress together.
Working online takes the journey into the city out of the equation. We can start an assessment and hold regular sessions by video from wherever you are. We will also be honest where a screen is not the right tool, for example a full first developmental assessment or a feeding concern that is genuinely easier to judge in person, and we will say so rather than pretend otherwise.
Working with families in Peshawar
We begin by listening to what you have noticed, and our free Grow developmental checks often give us a useful first picture of where your child sits. From there we arrange short, regular video sessions with our speech, behaviour or special-education team, held at times that work around school and around the rhythm of a Peshawar household.
We keep the sessions in Urdu or English, and we keep the instructions simple, because we know many parents are translating in their heads from Pashto or Hindko as we go. We would rather move at your pace and be sure you have understood the home activity than race through it.
The real work sits between calls. We send a short home program you can practise for a few minutes a day, and we coach you on how to run it, so your child's progress does not hang on a single weekly session or on you reaching a clinic across the city.
For families who usually travel into Peshawar
If you live in one of the districts that feed into Peshawar for anything specialist, you know the routine: an early start, a long drive, a wait, and the same journey home with a tired child. Doing that every week or two for ongoing therapy is exhausting and expensive, and it is the reason many families simply stop going after a couple of visits.
Online turns that weekly journey into a video call. Your child stays in a familiar room, which for many children on the autism spectrum or with attention difficulties means they are calmer and easier to work with than in an unfamiliar clinic. You save the fuel, the time off work and the strain, and we keep sessions regular in a way occasional long trips never allowed.
Language: honest about what we do and do not offer
Peshawar is a Pashto and Hindko city with Urdu as its common tongue, and we will not overclaim. Our therapists work in Urdu and English. Where your family's home language is Pashto, we lean on the Urdu you use in daily life, keep our wording clear, and give you home activities in plain language you can then carry into Pashto with your child yourself.
In practice this works well, because so much of early speech, behaviour and play-based work is about what you do with your child, not long spoken instructions from us. We coach the actions, you supply the mother tongue at home, and your child gets the benefit of both.

Questions from families in Peshawar
Do you have a clinic in Peshawar?
No. Our only physical centre is in Multan. For Peshawar families we work online through live video and parent coaching, so you do not have to travel toward Hayatabad or University Road for every session.
Do you offer therapy in Pashto?
No, we work in Urdu and English. Where your home language is Pashto, we keep our Urdu plain and give you home activities in simple language you can carry into Pashto with your child yourself.
We usually drive into Peshawar from another district. Does online really replace that?
For most speech, behaviour and early-learning goals, yes. Your child stays home, often calmer for it, and you save the journey, the wait and the day off. We keep sessions regular in a way occasional long trips rarely allow.
What can you help with?
Speech and language, behavioural support, special education, child psychology, and motor, handwriting and daily-living skills. We also run free Grow developmental checks to help you see where your child stands.
Is online as good as seeing someone in the city?
For many goals it works well, especially with the home coaching we give parents. For a full first developmental assessment or a feeding concern, an in-person visit can be better, and we will tell you honestly if that is the case.
Do you have an occupational therapist?
We do not have a licensed occupational therapist. Our team supports motor, handwriting and daily-living skills alongside our speech, behaviour and special-education work, and we are clear about that.
How do we start?
Message us on WhatsApp at +92 314 6040262. We will listen to your concerns, point you to the free Grow checks, and set up a first video session in Urdu or English if online suits your child.
