Online Child Therapy for Mardan, Without the Trip to Peshawar

Our centre is in Multan, and we work with Mardan families online. If you have grown used to driving to Peshawar whenever your child needs a specialist, we can hold those sessions by video instead, for speech, behaviour and developmental goals, in Urdu or English, from your own home.

Support for children and families in Mardan

Our centre is in Multan, Pakistan — we don’t have a branch in Mardan. For families in Mardan we work entirely online, in English or Urdu.

Mardan is one of the largest cities in the province, but when it comes to specialist child-development services, families here have long faced the same reality: the assessments, the experienced therapists and the ongoing programs tend to sit in Peshawar, an hour or so down the road. For a one-off visit that is manageable. For therapy that needs to happen week after week, that repeated journey wears families down, and many quietly give up after a few trips.

Most families we speak to in Mardan are Pashto speaking at home, with Urdu as the shared language of school and everyday dealings. We want to be honest here: our sessions run in Urdu and English, not in Pashto. What we offer is patience, plain language and a pace that respects a parent thinking in Pashto and speaking in Urdu. For a great deal of speech, behaviour and early-learning work, that shared Urdu ground is enough for us to make solid progress together.

The real change online brings to Mardan is simple: it ends the trip. We can start an assessment and hold regular sessions by video from your home, keeping them steady in a way the drive to Peshawar never allowed. And where a concern genuinely needs an in-person eye first, such as a full developmental assessment or a feeding difficulty, we will tell you so rather than stretch what online can do.

How we help

Working with families in Mardan

We start by listening to what has been worrying you, and our free Grow developmental checks often give a helpful first picture of where your child is. From there we set short, regular video sessions with our speech, behaviour or special-education team, arranged around school and the rhythm of a Mardan household.

We hold the sessions in Urdu or English and keep the instructions plain, aware that many parents here are translating in their heads from Pashto as we talk. We would far rather slow down and make sure you have understood the home activity than push through it and leave you guessing.

Most of the progress happens between calls. We give you a short home program to practise for a few minutes a day and coach you through running it, so your child keeps moving forward without you depending on a session in another city to make it happen.

The end of the weekly drive to Peshawar

Ask any Mardan family who has taken a child for regular therapy and they describe the same grind: the early start, the road to Peshawar, the appointment, the road back, and a child overtired and unsettled by the time you are home. Keeping that up for months is a real burden of time, fuel and energy, and it is why so many promising starts fizzle out.

Online replaces the journey with a video call. Your child stays in a familiar room, which for many children with autism or attention difficulties means they cooperate more easily than in a strange clinic. You keep your working day and your money, and we hold the sessions on a steady weekly rhythm that the drive to Peshawar made almost impossible.

Working honestly across the language question

Mardan is a Pashto-speaking city, and we are not going to claim to work in a language we do not. Our therapists work in Urdu and English. Where your home is Pashto speaking, we rely on the everyday Urdu you use outside the house, keep our own wording simple, and hand you home activities in plain language that you then bring into Pashto with your child yourself.

This works because early speech, behaviour and play-based therapy is mostly about what a parent does with a child, not about long spoken instructions from us. We coach the actions clearly, you supply the mother tongue at home, and your child benefits from both together.

FAQ

Questions from families in Mardan

Do you have a clinic in Mardan?

No. Our only physical centre is in Multan. For Mardan families we work online through live video and parent coaching, which means you no longer have to drive to Peshawar for every session.

We usually go to Peshawar for a specialist. Can online really replace that?

For most speech, behaviour and early-learning goals, yes. Your child stays home, often calmer for it, you save the journey and the day, and we keep sessions weekly in a way the drive rarely allowed.

Do you offer therapy in Pashto?

No, we work in Urdu and English. Where your home language is Pashto, we keep our Urdu plain and give you home activities in simple language you can carry into Pashto with your child yourself.

What can you help my child with?

Speech and language, behavioural support, special education, child psychology, and motor, handwriting and daily-living skills. We also run free Grow developmental checks to help you see where your child stands.

Is online as good as being seen in person in Peshawar?

For many goals it works well, especially with our home coaching. For a full first developmental assessment or a feeding concern, an in-person visit can be better, and we will say so honestly if that is the case for your child.

Do you have an occupational therapist?

We do not have a licensed occupational therapist. Our team supports motor, handwriting and daily-living skills alongside speech, behaviour and special education, and we are clear about that scope.

How do we start?

Message us on WhatsApp at +92 314 6040262. We will listen to your concerns, point you to the free Grow checks, and arrange a first video session in Urdu or English if online suits your child.
