Online Child Therapy for Families in Lahore

Lahore has more children's therapy clinics than anywhere else in Punjab, yet good specialist appointments still carry real cost and long waiting lists. We work with Lahore families over video from our Multan centre, in Urdu and English, so a parent in Johar Town or the old walled city can start without joining a queue across the ring road.

Support for children and families in Lahore

Our centre is in Multan, Pakistan — we don’t have a branch in Lahore. For families in Lahore we work entirely online, in English or Urdu.

If you live in Lahore, you are not short of clinics. Gulberg, DHA, Model Town and Johar Town are dotted with practices, and word of a good child therapist travels fast through parent WhatsApp groups. The problem most Lahore families describe to us is not finding a name, it is getting a seat: the therapists other parents trust are often booked weeks out, and specialist assessment slots for speech delay or autism can carry a price that rises the moment demand does.

Distance inside Lahore is its own tax. A family near Raiwind Road or Kahna who finds the right speech therapist in Cantt may face an hour each way on Ferozepur Road, twice a week, for months. Small children rarely make that journey calmly, and one caregiver usually loses half a working day to it. That commute, not the therapy itself, is what makes many Lahore parents give up partway through.

We are an online service, so we sidestep that geography. Your child works with our team from your own drawing room, in the language your household actually speaks at home, whether that is Urdu, Punjabi or a mix. You keep the choice of a good therapist without also having to solve a transport problem across one of the largest cities in the country.

How we help

Working with families in Lahore

We start every Lahore family with a relaxed video conversation about what you are seeing at home: a two-year-old with few words, a school-going child stumbling over sounds, meltdowns that the school in your neighbourhood has flagged, or handwriting that is falling behind classmates. From there we shape a plan and, crucially, coach you to carry it into daily Lahore life, meals, homework and bedtime included.

Our team covers speech and language therapy, behavioural (ABA-informed) support, special education, child psychology and developmental assessment, plus motor, handwriting and daily-living skill work. Mahnoor Baloch, our founder and a speech-language therapist with more than five years of practice, oversees the plan so that the different threads pull in the same direction rather than becoming three separate appointments.

Because Lahore parents are often comparing us against clinics they could physically visit, we are frank about the trade-off. Video suits speech practice, parent coaching and ongoing therapy extremely well. For a first formal autism or hearing assessment, a hands-on evaluation nearby can be worth it, and we will say so and help you understand what to ask for locally rather than pretend online covers everything.

Why 'plenty of clinics' still leaves Lahore parents stuck

Choice is not the same as access. In a city this size, the handful of therapists with strong reputations absorb far more referrals than they can see quickly, so a good name and a soon appointment rarely come together. Meanwhile the newer practices multiplying along the busier commercial roads vary a great deal in quality, and a worried parent has little way to tell them apart before paying.

Working with us removes the guessing at the front of the process. You meet the person who will actually lead your child's plan on the first call, you hear plainly what we can and cannot help with online, and you are not paying premium in-person rates simply to hold a slot in a clinic across town.

Fitting therapy into a Lahore week

Lahore households run on long school days, tuition academies in the evening and a parent or two commuting through traffic that only worsens near the canal and Mall Road at rush hour. Adding a fixed twice-weekly clinic trip on top of that is what quietly breaks consistency, and consistency is what actually moves a child forward.

Online sessions bend to your timetable instead. We can slot a child in after school before tuition starts, or take a session with a working parent late in the evening once the household has settled. Nobody sits in a waiting room, and no one is fighting Ferozepur Road with a tired child in the back seat.

FAQ

Questions from families in Lahore

Do you have a clinic in Lahore I can visit?

No. We have one physical centre, in Model Town, Multan, and there is no Lahore branch. For Lahore families everything is delivered online through live video sessions and parent coaching. If your child's need really calls for an in-person first assessment, we will tell you honestly and point you toward the right kind of local service.

Which languages do you work in?

Urdu and English, and we are comfortable with the Punjabi-inflected Urdu most Lahore homes actually speak. We match the session to whatever language your child hears most at home, because that is where practice has to stick.

My child is already on a Lahore clinic's waiting list. Can we start with you in the meantime?

Yes, and many families do exactly that. Beginning online now means you are not losing months while a queue moves. If you later take up an in-person slot too, we can run alongside it or hand over cleanly.

What ages and needs do you work with?

Mostly young children through primary-school age, with speech and language delay, articulation, autism-related support, behaviour and attention, learning and school readiness, and motor, handwriting and daily-living skills.

How does a parent take part?

Closely. A large part of what works over video is coaching the caregiver, because you are the one with the child all week. We show you what to do at mealtimes, during homework and at bedtime, and adjust as your child changes.

How do I book a first session for my child in Lahore?

Message us on WhatsApp at +92 314 6040262. We start with a short call to understand what you are seeing, then agree a plan and a time that fits your Lahore week.
