🇲🇾 Online support in Malaysia

Online speech and development support for families in Malaysia

From Multan we coach Pakistani parents in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya and across Malaysia in Urdu or English. Malaysia is three hours ahead of us, so our afternoon is your early evening.

Support for children and families in Malaysia

Our centre is in Multan, Pakistan — we don’t have a branch in Malaysia. For families in Malaysia we work entirely online, in English or Urdu, and we point you to your own country’s services too.

Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley hold most of Malaysia’s Pakistani families. English-medium and international schools are common; Urdu stays at home. Private speech therapy exists in KL, but an Urdu-speaking coach who already knows a Pakistani household is rare. That is the video gap — not a Ministry of Health licence.

One centre in Multan. No Malaysian practising certificate. City page: Kuala Lumpur. Nearby in clock terms: Perth and the rest of Australia also sit ahead of us. Urdu therapy from abroad.

How we help

Working with families in Malaysia

We plan around 5pm to 9pm Malaysia time. Older children can still work after school. Toddlers may need parent-only coaching after bedtime instead of a groggy play session. Time zones.

Malaysia is not the NDIS and not the NHS. Private paediatricians and hospital-based therapists lead locally. We coach the home hours.

Weekend and public holidays

We are closed Saturday and Sunday. Malaysia’s weekend is the same, so Friday evening (our Friday afternoon into your evening) is often the last slot of the week. We will not book Sunday night.

Urdu at home, English at school

Count both languages. Do not drop Urdu so school English looks stronger. Urdu at home, English at school.

Local services

Getting help where you are, too

Alongside working with us online, here’s how families in Malaysia can reach support in their own area. Processes change, so always double-check locally.

Paediatrician and private speech therapy in Malaysia

Ask your child’s doctor in KL or your state which speech-language therapists they use. Look for a practitioner registered with the Malaysian Association of Speech-Language and Hearing where that applies. We are not on those lists.

By city

Cities we support families in across Malaysia

We work online with Malaysia-based families wherever you are. If you’re in one of these cities, here’s a page written for your community.

How to start

Getting started from Malaysia is simple

  1. 1

    Message us on WhatsApp

Tell us your child’s age and what’s worrying you — a short message is enough. We reply in English or Urdu.

  2. 2

    A consultation

Rs 1,500, up to 50 minutes. We listen properly, ask a few questions, and give you an honest read on what your child needs — all over video. No pressure to book ongoing therapy, no jargon.

  3. 3

A clear plan you can act on

You leave with a plan: online sessions where they help, plus a home program you can start the same week.

FAQ

Questions from families in Malaysia

Are you licensed in Malaysia?

No. We coach parents online from Multan. Diagnosis and hands-on therapy stay with a Malaysian clinician.

Is 8pm too late for my toddler?

Often yes. We would rather book parent coaching after they sleep than a tired play session. School-age children after class are a better fit for 5pm to 7pm Malaysia time.

Do we need a referral?

Not to speak to us. A consultation is Rs 1,500 and lasts up to 50 minutes.

We also have family in Australia.

Same team, different public system. Use our Australia page if you live there. Malaysia has no NDIS.
