🇩🇪 Online support in Germany

Online speech and development support for families in Germany

From Multan we coach Pakistani parents in Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg and across Germany in Urdu or English. Germany sits four to five hours behind us, so a morning at your end fits our afternoon.

Support for children and families in Germany

Our centre is in Multan, Pakistan — we don’t have a branch in Germany. For families in Germany we work entirely online, in English or Urdu, and we point you to your own country’s services too.

Germany’s Pakistani and South-Asian families are spread across Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Cologne and smaller cities. The public route — Kinderarzt, Sozialpädiatrisches Zentrum, Frühförderung, school integration help — is real and worth using. It is also slow, and it rarely happens in Urdu. Parents still want to say bacha bolta nahi without translating twice.

One centre in Multan. No German Heilmittelzulassung. Not an Ersatz for Logopädie billed to the Krankenkasse. The clock matches the UK more than the Gulf: UK page, time zones.

How we help

Working with families in Germany

We start with where you are in the German system: Kinderarzt, waiting for Logopädie, school Förderplan. Then a home plan in Urdu that will not fight that work. We cannot write a German statutory report or bill your insurance.

Urdu therapy from abroad. How sessions run.

This is not Logopädie on the Krankenkasse

German health insurance pays for prescribed speech therapy (Logopädie) from licensed therapists. We are not that. Keep the prescription and the wait. Use us for Urdu coaching in the months between, the same way UK families use us on an NHS list.

School and Kita

Ask the Kita or school what they can try now. Integration help and a Förderplan are German processes. We can help you describe your child in plain words. We cannot complete those forms.

Local services

Getting help where you are, too

Alongside working with us online, here’s how families in Germany can reach support in their own area. Processes change, so always double-check locally.

Kinderarzt and Frühförderung

Start with your child’s paediatrician. They can refer to Logopädie, a Sozialpädiatrisches Zentrum, or Frühförderung. Processes differ by Bundesland. Confirm locally.

How to start

Getting started from Germany is simple

  1. 1

    Message us on WhatsApp

Tell us your child’s age and what’s worrying you — a short message is enough. We reply in English or Urdu.

  2. 2

    A consultation

Rs 1,500, up to 50 minutes. We listen properly, ask a few questions, and give you an honest read on what your child needs — all over video. No pressure to book ongoing therapy, no jargon.

  3. 3

A clear plan you can act on

You leave with a plan: online sessions where they help, plus a home program you can start the same week.

FAQ

Questions from families in Germany

Can you bill my German health insurance?

No. We are not a Heilmittel provider. Keep your Logopädie prescription and local therapist.

What time can we book?

Monday to Friday, 2pm to 6pm Pakistan time — about 9am to 1pm in Germany. After-school is after we close.

Do we need a referral to talk to you?

No. A consultation is Rs 1,500 and lasts up to 50 minutes. A Kinderarzt still leads on hearing and local diagnosis.

Should we drop Urdu so Kita German catches up?

Usually no. Keep the language you speak best at home. German comes from Kita and school. A delay shows in both languages.
