🇳🇿 Online support in Auckland

Online speech and parent coaching for families in Auckland

From Multan we coach Pakistani parents in Auckland in Urdu or English. We will be honest before you book: 2pm here is 9pm or 10pm in Auckland.

Support for children and families in Auckland

Our centre is in Multan, Pakistan — we don’t have a branch in Auckland. For families in Auckland we work entirely online, in English or Urdu, and we point you to your own country’s services too.

Auckland holds most of New Zealand’s Pakistani community — Mount Roskill, Sandringham, Henderson, East Auckland. Public support runs through your GP, Plunket, ECE and the Ministry of Education. Finding an Urdu-speaking coach is unusual. Finding one at 10am Auckland time is impossible for us: we are still closed.

Time zones. Australia next door is a different system: Australia.

How we help

Working with families in Auckland

If we book you, it is usually parent-only after the child is asleep, plus daytime practice you run in Auckland morning. We will not sell a groggy toddler “session.”

Ministry of Education, not NDIS

Australian relatives will talk about NDIS plans. New Zealand does not use them. We cannot apply for ORS. We can help you describe your child in plain words for the people who can.

Local services

Getting help where you are, too

Alongside working with us online, here’s how families in Auckland can reach support in their own area. Processes change, so always double-check locally.

GP, Plunket, Ministry learning support

Start there. Ask the ECE or school how to request learning support. Confirm locally — routes differ by region.

Looking for licensed services where you live? Our New Zealand guide walks through the local route — the public and private options — that sits alongside our online support.
How to start

Getting started from Auckland is simple

  1. 1

    Message us on WhatsApp

Tell us your child’s age and what’s worrying you — a short message is enough. We reply in English or Urdu.

  2. 2

    A consultation

Rs 1,500, up to 50 minutes. We listen properly, ask a few questions, and give you an honest read on what your child needs — all over video. No pressure to book ongoing therapy, no jargon.

  3. 3

A clear plan you can act on

You leave with a plan: online sessions where they help, plus a home program you can start the same week.
